Salary: £40,000-£45,000 DOE (Negotiable for right person) + Bonus Hours: Full Time 37hrs per week Location: Remote Working with 1-2 days a week in our Northampton Office. Contract: Permanent

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, the Marketing & Communications Manager will be instrumental in crafting and executing strategic marketing initiatives to elevate brand awareness, engage customers and propel business growth. This role entails spearheading marketing campaigns across diverse channels, collaborating with internal teams to understand target audiences, and crafting compelling content.

Position

· Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels

· Collaborate with Sales & Product teams to customise marketing strategies for effective audience targeting

· Create engaging content for the website, blog, social and newsletters

· Manage OnlineDIRECT’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling and community engagement

· Monitor campaign performance, analyse insights and optimise strategies for KPIs

· Assist in developing and maintaining brochures, presentations and sales materials.

· Develop internal communication materials for consistent messaging

· Support planning and execution of events to increase brand visibility & generate leads

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

· Distribute regular internal communications summarising industry changes, market trends and competitor activities

· Develop and deliver reporting to suppliers, including KPI reports & anonymised competitor analysis

· Identify marketing opportunities to generate revenue with our brokers

· Proofread external communications to maintain consistency and professionalism

· Work closely with the HR & Recruitment Team to optimise the recruitment process

Requirements

· 3 years experience in a similar role essential

· Strong written & verbal communication skills

· Passionate, energetic and dedicated to innovative strategies

· Strong project management skills

· Proven ability to gather content and create original text for various platforms

· Strong influencing skills and ability to build effective relationships

· Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving approach

· Previous experience in the energy industry desirable

· Experience with content management systems and basic HTML preferred

· Ideally proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (Mailchimp or similar)
