Position

We are looking to acquire the services of an empathetic and skilled Clinical Admin Coordinator to join our team and deliver a first-class customer journey.

Requirements

  • Booking appointments for patients with the company’s clinicians.
  • Creating and sending patient letters following consultations.
  • Invoicing and collecting payments for appointments, prescriptions, and blood tests.
  • Liaising between patients and clinicians for any aftercare needs and queries via phone, emails, and webchat.
  • Managing clinician diaries following patient requests to change or cancel appointments as and where required.

Location: Working on a hybrid-basis, hours are to be performed at our office in Stratford-upon-Avon with the option to work remotely up to two days a week following successful probationary period. The right candidate will be expected to attend key team meetings at the office when they occur.


Job Type: Full-time, Permanent


Salary: £25,464 per annum


Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 with a 30-minute lunch break.
