Position

Role purpose

Be a trusted business partner with the capacity to get things done, through persuasion, collaboration and effective communication. You will deliver compliance advice, oversight and challenge to the business, in support of high-quality customer outcomes.

 

Key responsibilities

  1. Deliver compliance monitoring reviews and prepare reports for the business.
  2. Provide advice and guidance to the business, in response to compliance queries.
  3. Review and approve customer communications, including financial promotions.
  4. Monitor and analyse regulatory change and assess the potential business impact.
  5. Provide compliance input to project change.
  6. Maintain the firm’s compliance policies and procedures.
  7. Promote a strong compliant culture within the business, through activities such as regulatory training.

Requirements

Beneficial Skills

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Qualifications

  • 5 GCSE’s Grade A - C (must include Mathematics and English)

Experience

  • At least 3 year’s;compliance experience, or
  • fund operations (UCITS / AIFS) experience
