Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Manchester, M15 5RL
Contract: Permanent, Full Time, 4 days on site – you must live within a commutable distance to our office
Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 DOE

You will play a key role in enhancing M247 core services, developing vendor relationships and the inputting into the overall strategic plan for the Advanced Services team. You will work closely with the Cloud, Cyber & Voice centre of excellences, Business Systems, and operational teams to constantly review and improve our overall value proposition.
You will be part of a team with a diverse responsibility from core infrastructure support to process automation and API integrations for both our internal business process and our customer facing self- service platform.
This will involve working closely with various teams in automating the smooth and seamless flow of information, resources, and activities across departments and functional areas. Aligning with their efforts to achieve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance overall business performance.
Integrating and interconnecting disparate processes you will help create a cohesive and interconnected ecosystem that drives collaboration, optimizes productivity, and fosters organizational synergy.

Our ideal candidate would be a multi skilled, hybrid cloud infrastructure engineer with a keen interest in automation/development looking to develop their career. They would have a fun, outgoing personality that thrives in an inclusive, fast paced, office environment.
Having a good understanding on the underpinning infrastructure, you will champion the use of off-the-shelf solutions in removing complexity to produce consistent, repeatable outcomes; building automations to achieve efficiencies; remove “friction” and facilitate a self-service environment. You will have experience across physical, virtual & cloud environments ideally in an MSP environment with both hands-on experience and formal certifications.
