Contract: Permanent, full time

Hours: Monday-Friday, 4 days per week in the office

Salary: Circa £60,000

Position

The role


As a Salesforce Developer at M247 you will be exposed to the future of technology, work with some of the brightest global minds in the industry, supporting many of the biggest brands in the UK and Worldwide.


We need you to be adaptable, self-motivated, able to think independently and out of the box. You will need to be able to build & develop existing and new functionality & innovative to deliver future solutions. You need to have the ability to listen and absorb a problem statement, then create & develop solutions that are scalable, adhere to best practice and enhance our existing implementation.


Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • You will be required to build & develop our existing implementation which is now 4-year-old and heavily customised outside of standard Salesforce practices and declarative functionality You’ll offer support to our internal departments, managing online tickets & emails and completing outbound calls
  • You’ll be required to work on several packages from Financial Force for our Accounting and ERP which sit on top of Salesforce,
  • You’ll collaborate with & be required to develop close relationships with external and internal customers along with Key business owners to help identify and understand requirements or potential gaps.
  • You’ll be required to work with our internal Salesforce & Business Systems team, alongside our business partners to enhance the product line and customer experience journey.
  • You’ll proactively undertake solution design and improvements to our existing implementation always considering the value & benefit to M247 for any development.

  • Knowledge, proven experience, and skill with Apex Triggers
  • Knowledge, proven experience, and skill with Classes
  • Knowledge, proven experience, and skill with Batch Processes
  • Knowledge, proven experience, and skill with Test Classes
  • Ability & experience in fixing and identifying improvements for defects
  • Knowledge, proven experience, and skilled Java, SOQL, SOSL, Visual Force, Java Script, Excel - knowledge, experience & skills in using declarative methods specifically flows over code
  • Knowledge, proven experience, and skilled in completing Custom reporting, and managed packages

Nice to have


  • Knowledge of CPQ
  • Knowledge of Mass data manipulation
  • Knowledge of Marketing Platforms & SQL
