The role

We are in search of a seasoned HubSpot Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. We're on a mission to bolster our marketing and sales strategies, and we believe you could be the person to help us achieve our goals. As a HubSpot Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimising and maintaining our HubSpot platform to harness its full potential for driving marketing and sales success. Your expertise will be critical in configuring and customising HubSpot, managing campaigns, and collaborating with various teams to seamlessly integrate HubSpot with other systems and processes.

  • HubSpot Platform Management: Take charge of our HubSpot platform, ensuring its continuous functionality and precision.
  • Strategic Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to enhance HubSpot's utility for marketing and sales, aligning it with our business objectives.
  • Customisation: Configure HubSpot to meet specific business requirements and workflow needs.
  • Content Management: Create and maintain landing pages, forms, workflows, and campaigns within the HubSpot ecosystem.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse sales metrics to gauge the effectiveness of HubSpot campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of HubSpot with other systems.
  • Stay Current: Keep abreast of the latest HubSpot features, updates, and best practices, implementing them as applicable.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work closely with the Marketing department to identify areas for improvement in campaigns, lead management, and customer engagement.
  • Optimisation: Analyse existing processes and systems to identify gaps and inefficiencies that can be addressed through Salesforce and HubSpot capabilities.
  • Enhancements: Design, configure, and implement enhancements to Salesforce and HubSpot platforms, aligning them with business needs and industry best practices.
  • Data Management: Develop and implement effective data management strategies, including data cleansing, enrichment, and migration as needed.


What we look for:

  • Experience: Possess at least 3+ years of experience as a HubSpot specialist or in a similar role.
  • CRM Knowledge: Basic understanding of CRM concepts and principles; prior experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • HubSpot Familiarity: Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in working with data.
  • Communication: Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate self-motivation and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Team Player: Excel in both independent and team-based work environments, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

Who has access to data?

What if you do not provide personal data?
