Head of Business Systems

Your role

In this exciting business systems leadership opportunity here at M247, you’ll lead and own a rolling 3-year roadmap and plan for transformational IT change with the organisation. Working with the latest technology and an established team you’ll drive the adoption of the roadmap and improve business efficiency and productivity.


As the ideal candidate, you’ll an experienced business systems technologist with many industry contacts, who’s passionate and can evangelise technology. If you are self-motivated and have a passion to drive business change, we want to hear from you.


What you’ll do:


  • You’ll lead business systems change, bringing vision and thought leadership along with your industry expertise to work closely across all teams in the organisation to deliver transformational IT change programmes.
  • You’ll develop a rolling 3-year business systems strategy, covering internal and externally facing IT systems, whilst having decision making authority to support process flows.
  • You’ll manage a multi-disciplined team of IT professionals including Helpdesk, Administrators, Developers, Contractors, 3rd party managed service providers and outsourced suppliers.
  • You’ll influence and implement the business systems change strategy, working with business partners to identify and deliver solutions that meet business change needs.
  • You’ll lead the strategic 3rd party outsourced development and technology suppliers negotiating SOW, delivering solutions, and managing performance against KPIs.
  • You’ll lead governance and control of capital investment to deliver the required business systems changes.

Requirements


Your skills and experience


  • Line management of application development teams and budgets.
  • Management of internal IT functions.
  • Understanding of MuleSoft, SalesForce, FinancialForce, ServiceNow, monitoring and alerting tools.
  • Understanding of Microsoft business portfolio.
