Position

The role

You will play a key role in securing our customers services with a focus on customer success. The team will support a small number of advanced service customers, working alongside Network & Cloud COE’s and product management.


The person will be responsible for the day-to-day customer support and be expected to own the network and / or cyber elements of customer projects from initial design build, transition and management in partnership with pre-sales, PMO, cloud / network build teams etc.


Working at M247, you will have major exposure the latest technology and be expected to provide opinions on areas of improvement, development or product assessment. The role will provide a continuous learning and development opportunity for the right person to contribute to the design and delivery of our secure and robust cyber security solutions. The individual will join us on our strategic journey of moving from a IPS to MSSP.

Requirements

Key technical skills needed:

  • Understanding of network security and cyber security principles
  • Ability to assess, investigate, diagnose and resolve problems.
  • Minimum 2-year experience in a support or Information Technology role.
  • Experience of Fortinet FortiGate / FortiAnalyser or similar network security vendor.

Highly desirable skills

  • Prince 2 or similar project management
  • Experience in Microsoft security suite (Azure, Lighthouse, Graph, Secure Score)
  • Understanding of vulnerability assessment / penetration testing
  • ServiceNow experience
