Position

The role


In this brand-new role at M247, you will connect with existing customers to increase loyalty and keep their business or service, eventually assisting us in retaining our core client base. In this position, you will interact directly with our customers to learn about their problems, how we can enhance our products or services, and how we can keep their business.


Having a convincing approach, good customer service skills, and a love for sales are all necessary for success. You will communicate with customers over the phone or in person and must often find quick solutions to challenges you encounter.


  • Communicate with customers with a customer service and sales approach.
  • Observe and analyse client behaviour.
  • Gather information about customer complaints.
  • Use client input to develop effective retentions strategies.
  • Meet with the sales team to discuss ways to keep customers.
  • Develop positive customer and business relationships.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have a couple of years' experience in a similar role in a similar industry and possess the following.


Key Personal Skills:


  • An influential and collaborative working style.
  • Outstanding communication, verbally and written.
  • Able to resolve problems and conflict, stay calm and professional.
  • Great attention to detail and very organised.
  • Analytical mindset.

Key Technical Skills:


  • Advanced knowledge of CRM tooling and reporting software such as power BI.
  • Able to qualify opportunities and spot upside revenue potential.
  • Able to build relationships and trust at multiple levels, from influencers to decision makers.
