Credit Control Administrator


Manchester (with hybrid working)

Your role

In this exciting Credit Control Administrator role, you’ll support the Credit Control function with cash collection and other administration duties, where as the ideal candidate, you’ll have proven credit control administration experience, be fluent in Microsoft packages and be keen to join fast-paced and expanding business. This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious individual to take the next step in their career.

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll monitor, respond and escalate credit control emails via a ticketing system, whilst working closely with various departments across the business to advise of credit control queries and to resolve issues.
  • You’ll undertake cash posting, the monthly statement runs and Direct Debit processes.
  • You’ll support cash collection and management of customer accounts, including the resolution of issues and reconciliations.
  • You’ll collaborate with the wider Finance team to support project work and other general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements


Your skills and experience

  • Proven in Finance/Credit Control administration.
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Previous experience of Salesforce preferable.
