Lottoland has successfully internationalized and expanded its business setting solid ground in the Australian market.

The company has strong visibility in Australia and is willing to expand its online presence in New Zealand and the Pacific area by optimizing its organic visibility in major search engines.
Lottoland's Search & Social Dept. has a fantastic opportunity for its office based in sunny Gibraltar.

As the SEO Manager responsibilities will include:

• Onsite SEO - Optimization of Lottoland properties
• Offsite SEO - Optimize our existing cooperation and build new partnerships
• Competitive analysis using Search tool & Metrics
• Content Marketing – contribute to the overall brand and content marketing strategy localising and improving landing pages and existing content as well as helping to produce high quality content to drive localised traffic to our magazine.
• Coordinate efforts with main stakeholders from other departments (IT, Marketing)
• Reporting on progresses and results against main KPIs (weekly/monthly)
• Help delivering successful localised campaigns together with our office in Sydney
• Coordinating resources both internal & eternal (including local agencies)
• Constant self-learning and being on top of the latest industry trends to make sure our SEO strategy is always up to date

• The ideal candidate has to be highly knowledgeable in the principles of Search Engine Optimization
• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Computer Sc., Marketing, Media Studies or similar fields
• At least 3-year work SEO experience in: agency, established business or start-up
• A Team player with the ability to effectively communicate information across teams
• Supervising agencies as well as internal and external resources
• Strong Expertise in both technical SEO and external ranking factors
• Entrepreneurial drive to develop the business in new territories
• Highly motivated, multi-tasking and able to work independently excellent organizational skills
• Work on a flexible schedule and adapt to quick changes in a fast-paced industry
• Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side
• Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of SEO
• Experience managing content and most common CMS
• Excellent English Communication (written and spoken)

Desirable skills:

• Native English (or bilingual proficiency)
• Japanese as additional language (Strong Plus)
• Knowledge of local markets Australian/New Zealand or Japan (Plus)
• Previous gambling experience (Strong plus)
