The CRM team is central to the growth of the company – leading all customer relationship strategy, communications and campaign execution. The International CRM Executive role is a fantastic opportunity to join the International CRM Team at Lottoland. The position will support the team with managing customer interactions in Sweden, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Brazil and Italy.

Reporting to the International CRM manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering both ad-hoc and programmed campaigns across multiple channels in a way that fosters acquisition, loyalty and retention. The role will require a broad mix of digital marketing skills, a data-oriented mindset and an ability to collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders across the business.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist the planning of customer communications to achieve budget targets for each International Market. Campaign definitions are informed by customer and data driven insights as well as business goals.
  • Coordinate the delivery of marketing assets and operational support to execute successful campaigns. This includes briefing and writing copy, creating offers, briefing marketing support teams/ agencies, creating content, building communications and advising Customer Support teams.
  • Implement the CRM communications plan using a wide variety of CRM tools – Email, SMS, Mobile Push, Browser Notifications, Outbound and on-site. 
  • Coordinate campaign implementation in a way that is tightly controlled, reviewed and planned to ensure adherence to timings and excellence in execution. 
  • Assist the International CRM manager to launch new initiatives for business benefit.
  • Recommend campaign improvements and tests to enhance the player experience and commercial performance.
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations, Real Time Marketing (RTM), Country Managers, Creative, VIP, Games and BI teams to ensure positive stakeholder relations and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities to help grow our subscriber database.
  • Learn and share best practices with the global team.
  • Acquire and make use of a good understanding for industry and advertising regulations and legislations.
  • Take a customer centric approach in everything you do.

Requirements

Essential Skills/Experience required:

  • English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced, results oriented environment.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • An exceptional team player who can work well with many different stakeholders.
  • The ability to learn quickly and retain key information such as regulatory differences between regions and best practices when using marketing tools.
  • Ability to act on changing priorities - flexibility and openness to change are key.
  • Analytical and data driven approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Ability to understand and edit the HTML code of digital marketing communications.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello or similar.
  • Knowledge of ESP software such as Silverpop or similar.
  • Exposure to digital marketing strategies and experience with CRM technologies.
  • Experience using Photoshop.
  • Experience with tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • International exposure and cultural awareness.
  • Exposure to and knowledge of the gaming industry.

Education/Qualifications – Essential/ Desirable

  • Marketing or data qualification desirable.
  • Fluent Italian speaker desirable.
