The role: Operations Analyst

Lottoland Solutions provides lottery as a new product category to gaming operators and lottery services to lottery operators! Due to recent success and expansion we seek an additional member for the team. The Operations Analyst will control:

  • Partner Reporting & Insights
  • Partner Statements & Billing
  • Product Profitability Analysis

The role involves strong operational skills tracking and reporting sales to make sure all bills are sent out on time with accurate data, coupled with the need to interrogate and understand the business to deliver short-term and long-term insights to the business.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Daily and monthly tracking of sales, by partner
  • Using the sales data to prepare monthly billing statements and invoices, as well as winnings statements and payments
  • Challenging internal processes to create efficiencies as we scale the business
  • Gaining an understanding of the cost side of our operations, to prepare margin analysis and recommend profitable win-win sales strategies to help grow our business and those of our partners.

Additional responsibilities: 

Expanding our in-team business insight capabilities to make strategic recommendations about which products, markets or partners are over-delivering or under-achieving.

 

Requirements

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • The candidate should have a good grasp of sales and revenue terminology within the gaming sector (any product), as well as strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with MicroStrategy or other web-based data extraction and analysis tool.
  • English language essential.
  • German language would be beneficial but not essential.

Education/Qualifications – Essential/ Desirable

  • 2 years within the gaming industry or comparable sector
  • Either on the B2B side of an industry, or with experience interrogating sales and costs within an operator environment
