The Wild is looking for an experienced Senior Video Producer on a fixed term contract to join their growing team to work across a range of brands. We’re looking for someone who wants to own projects end to end, become a core team member and help develop this agency into working on bigger and better campaigns.
You’ll love all things production and have a positive, collaborative approach at all times. You’ll be social first in your creative perspective and want to make award-winning content that’s forward-thinking, imaginative and original.
Key Responsibilities
● You’ll be an integral part of the creative and production of campaign proposals, and are able to scope a campaign by creating budgets and timeline that are realistic and achievable.
● You’ll produce content and manage multiple projects from conception through to delivery ensuring that productions run smoothly, on schedule and to budget.
● You’ll work with the in-house creative & account management teams to ensure our clients requirements are met as well as our creative vision.
● You’ll work with the strategy & creative team to create & develop amazing content ideas that fit organic and paid social formats.
● You’ll be able to give creative solutions in relation to production budget and timeframes, and are able to keep a composed, flexible and positive attitude when problem solving.
● You’ll be responsible for all production paperwork including but not limited to: risk assessments, release forms, contracts, waivers and NDAs et al.
● You’ll be able to negotiate costs with talent, suppliers, crew & contractors.
● You’ll work with insurance companies pro-actively reporting and managing risk assessment & duty of care on all productions
● You’ll work with clients face to face on a weekly/daily basis and be adept at managing them through the end to end production process alongside the account team.
● You’ll give edit feedback on all visual content in line with the creative briefs and client asks.
● You’ll track, manage & reconcile all production finances providing clear and detailed reconciliation and cost management reports.
● Act as an ambassador for the company and the team internally and externally.
Essential Experience
● You’ve produced client briefs into branded content overseeing the end to end workflow.
● Experience in delivering full productions and final publishable exports to a specific deadline set by clients and internal stakeholders.
● An understanding of consumer culture and the ability to forecast trends into creative concepts on social media.
● Giving constructive feedback, from client briefs, creative development, on-set and in post-production.
● Accurate forecasting and budget management for small & large campaigns.
● Dealing with client requests and feedback, whilst also managing possibilities and expectations.
● You’ll have a book of production contacts and be able book freelance crew or find the relevant and skilled people for each production.
● Working with national & international brands on large-scale projects on social media and out of home distribution.
● Expert knowledge of the technicalities within filmmaking.
