They each create and publish content across a number of different passion points, from food to women's interests and fitness, and they include; VT, Twisted, Four Nine, Craft Factory, Level Fitness, Futur3ology and Lovimals, which together have amassed over 125 million followers worldwide.


Jungle Creations works with clients including the likes of Diageo, McDonald's and Unilever, to help them reach its audiences through impactful and engaging branded content which has seen the company win The Drum's sought after 'Branded Content Team Of The Year' for the last four years in a row. Today the business has branched out into many offline ventures including Twisted: A Cookbook, delivery only restaurant business; Twisted London, and a Twisted IPA in collaboration with Brewgooder. Jungle Creations is also home to The Wild, an award-winning social media-first creative agency that helps brands turn heads and make it matter, specialising in social media management, multi-platform creative campaigns, branded content, production, influencer, and performance marketing.

Position

Role Purpose:

This is a key senior position within Jungle Creations. This is an active role working to support the Co-CEO’s, the CFO and the board. This role will have a key focus on strategic leadership and direction but also critically on the execution and delivery of the various strategic projects. This person will report progress on a weekly basis to the Co-CEOs and CFO to ensure that all risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies are easily understood in order to drive decision making and unblock obstructions.

You will help to build the base of a strong organisation and drive a relentless focus on what matters amid shifting company priorities. You will proactively manage both internal and external stakeholders, acting as a bridge between the CEOs and the rest of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:


Reporting to the Co-CEO’s you will be responsible for developing the programme plan including the weekly and monthly progress reporting of the key strategic pillars which will ultimately be reported to the Board of Jungle Creations. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Business planning: Play a key role in developing and articulating the three year strategy and supporting the business planning and reporting processes;

  • Strategic projects: Lead a number of strategic projects and project manage the delivery and execution

  • Business partnering: Work with department heads and finance to oversee the preparation of business cases and other materials for presentation to the CEO and Board;

  • M&A and integration: Assist the Co-CEOs and leadership team in project managing, executing and integrating M&A opportunities

  • Resourcing: plan and oversee each delivery in your programme. Responsible for managing all aspects of delivery, including managing scope, budget and plan strictly against the defined path.

  • Inspiration: coach and motivate all members of the programme to make a significant contribution to the business. Responsible for holding annual reviews with all direct reports within your programme.

Requirements

Essential


  • Significant experience of delivering strategic programme solutions

  • Extensive experience in a top-tier strategy consultancy or equivalent strategic role, with significant exposure to analytical projects

  • PM/ PD experience, with budget responsibility

  • Strong commercial acumen for upselling and dispute resolution within a project.

Employees are monitored with bi-annual KPIs to measure their performance; these KPIs are made up of both skills and behaviour competencies. Jungle is committed to rewarding those employees who consistently exceed their bi-annual KPIs, and will ensure those employees to advance within the business.
