Position

We’re looking for a rising star Social Media Manager who’s sweet spot is all things brands and making them stand out on social. Sound like you?

About the role
Can you create branded content calendars that are socially sticky, meaningful and loved by audiences? Are you a whizz on social metrics - knowing what they mean and the story they tell for a brand? Do you have examples of when you’ve grown online communities. Can you build analytical reports that provide uncover opportunities to boost desired brand metrics? Do you pride yourself on your attention to detail - with accurate copywriting and impeccable spelling and grammar?

The Role

The Social Media Manager will own and implement organic and paid social media strategies across client-owned accounts. They will be a trusted contact for the clients and will be able to own a room. They will be creative with an analytical mind and prides themselves on attention to detail.


You will be responsible for:

  • Client Services - Leading across all client communications day to day, building long-lasting relationships.

  • Project management - Managing all deadlines internally and externally with internal account teams/brand teams and agency partners to establish ways of working and manage delivery seamlessly.

  • Supporting on content creation for monthly content calendars alongside content creators

  • Community management across accounts proactively and reactively

  • Scheduling content across relevant channels

  • Proofing content before it goes to the client, ensuring it meets strategy, brand objectives and guidelines

  • Tracking results, compiling regular reports and delivering in-depth analytics to clients

  • Effectively responding to all client enquiries and requests

  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.

  • Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns.

  • Assist the Paid Social team with media planning and social reporting

Requirements

Experience and skills required:

  • Experience managing social media accounts and driving content strategy on behalf of clients

  • Excellent time management skills to ensure all deadlines are met

  • Confident liaising with and presenting to clients

  • Familiarity with social analytics and media terminology

  • Excellent knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office package, in particular, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Excellent written skills with acute attention to detail

  • High energy and positive team player


Bonus Points

  • Additional digital skills e.g. design, Adobe

  • Experience with social media management tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite etc
