Jungle Creations works with clients including the likes of Diageo, McDonald's and Unilever, to help them reach its audiences through impactful and engaging branded content which has seen the company win The Drum's sought after 'Branded Content Team Of The Year' for the last four years in a row. Today the business has branched out into many offline ventures including Twisted: A Cookbook, delivery only restaurant business; Twisted London, and a Twisted IPA in collaboration with Brewgooder. Jungle Creations is also home to The Wild, an award-winning social media-first creative agency that helps brands turn heads and make it matter, specialising in social media management, multi-platform creative campaigns, branded content, production, influencer, and performance marketing.

Position

We are looking for a proactive Junior HR BP to join the HR team on a 3-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting HR Director in driving alignment between HR strategy and business goals, identifying gaps and recommending changes to improve employee experience and reduce business risk;
  • Provide practical and effective HR solutions on employee-related issues in line with employment law and Company policies.
  • Provide advice on current and existing benefits for employees;
  • Lead and facilitate management training sessions, and act as a coach to increase management effectiveness and confidence;
  • Identify skill gaps, source and oversee internal and external training courses as required to support employee development;
  • Serve as a champion for the company values and initiatives;
  • Preparation for monthly payroll;
  • Other HR Related duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor or Junior HR BP role.
  • Experience administrating HR systems (preferably Cezanne)
  • Experience using G-Suite and Microsoft Office
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent knowledge & experience
  • Experience supporting senior managers and staff in day-to-day HR matters, including facilitating people management best practice, employee well-being and maintaining a positive working and employee culture.
  • Experience in change and conflict management.
  • Have a good understanding of employment law and HR best practice
  • Ability to interact, influence and build credibility with colleagues at all levels;
  • Self-motivated and a fast learner
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Must have a keen eye for detail and an ability to produce accurate and timely documentation.
