The Rack Group Ltd is offering a great opportunity for a candidate who has previous experience of working within a project development team to become our new Project Coordinator. The role will involve creating positive customer relationships through the successful delivery of multiple projects and services in line with the company’s next phase of growth.
This role will incorporate the responsibility of collating information to complete tender reports for new and current customers. The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning resources and materials to deliver projects in line with demanding timescales, cost efficiency and continuous improvement goals. All projects are to be carried out according to current health and safety regulations, using specific customer requirements where needed.
This role will involve working alongside other members of the Project Delivery team and with the company’s approved sub-contractors. Capabilities in problem solving, effective communication, leadership, influencing, and negotiation are key to for this role and allowing working relationships to grow.
The usual expectation is 40 Hours per week and there may be the occasional overnight stay due to the nature of the work but the role is predominately based at head office in Barnsley.
