Brandsafe, based in Milton Keynes is part of the IWS Group of companies. We supply and install safety & impact protection products to the warehouse and other industrial buildings sectors. The company holds a strong reputation in the market built on its proprietary product offer using a combination of plastic, steel and rubber and industry-leading service and support, from initial project scoping and design to installation and after-sales service. It serves general contractors and end-users of ‘mega shed’ warehouses as well as a network of resellers, in both the UK and Europe.

Position

As a Project Delivery Manager, you will split your time between customer sites throughout the UK and Head Office in Milton Keynes to manage the kick off, completion and review of multiple installation projects. The role requires people and project management experience including setting work plans for coordination of installation, and overseeing product and quality control. Naturally, the role demands exemplary standards of on-site Health & Safety with both installation partners, 3rd party contractors and customer contacts.

This is a key role in the day-to-day running of the developing business and will focus on processes and practices that will deliver consistent quality, performance, and service to our customers in the supply of our products and services, and includes responsibility for management of P&L of all installations to achieve financial and productivity targets.

Success measures include:

  • Weekly P&L reviews of all projects and close collaboration with the commercial team
  • Regular site audits to quality check installation and manage efficiency of installation on site
  • Weekly site reports to update customers on progress and ongoing risk assessment
  • Material control on site including weekly management of stock takes and holding installation teams accountable for organisation and cleanliness of materials
  • Timely management of site variations/additional costs, ensuring variations are captured for accurate invoicing
  • Observing and enforcing cut-off times for the shipping of goods to site, and the timely collection/processing of site returns
  • Manage continuous improvement through issue log, complaint’s log and post implementation reviews

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with experience of managing multiple installations, with relevant industry background including:

  • Workigng to site plans and specified scope of works
  • Onservation of RAMS and COSHH guidelines
  • Execution of materials fixing and handling plant on site
  • Phased installion projects

You will be enthusiastic in contributing to an energised and focussed team work ethic that means collectively your team are driven to achieve great results, and demonstrate enjoyment of coming to work by building strong relationships and contributing ideas.
