Principal Development Manager (New Business)

As a small but ambitious housing association we’ve much to be proud of. We build 80 to 90 homes every year – a more than 3% year on year growth. And we keep rents low to play our part in keeping North and East London the mixed and vibrant places they are. They are beautiful homes. Some have even won awards. We don’t just build for ourselves but have delivered 3,500 for partnering housing associations collectively known as North River Alliance (NRA) over the past 15 years.

Are you an experienced Housing Development professional with good interpersonal skills and the ability to form long lasting productive relationships with vendors, agents, valuers, consultants and other key stakeholders? Not just in identifying, negotiating and securing opportunities but also able to lead, develop, challenge and motivate project teams? With those people skills, good working knowledge of the residential property market, with a strong emphasis towards new business and an overall comprehensive understanding of the development process from inception through to practical completion, ultimately handover to Asset Management, we’d like to hear from you!
