CONSTRUCTION, DESIGN AND QUALITY MANAGER

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

We are currently seeking to appoint a Construction, Design and Quality Manager to support and contribute to the delivery of ISHA’s development programme through the effective control of design, specification and implementation of building projects. 

You will be responsible for maintaining and reviewing the ISHA/NRA Design Brief, Employer’s Requirements and Build Contract documentation and assist in the delivery of excellent customer service by helping to resolve issues raised with buildings through the construction phase, during and after the defects rectification period.

Amongst other requirements, you will have:

• Excellent knowledge of construction standards, regulations and legislation, including Health and Safety.

• Excellent, up-to-date, practical knowledge and experience of construction processes

• Ability to present information in a clear and concise way to senior management, enabling effective decision making.

• Proven experience of managing the contracts and operational performance of the Development supply chain including setting and achieving challenging targets.

• Able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
