Position

El departamento de Comunicación y Marketing corporativo de IQS necesita cubrir una vacante en el área de admisiones de Máster.

Se trata de una sustitución temporal por maternidad.


FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES


  • Acciones propias para el reclutamiento de estudiantes nacionales e internacionales: asistencia a ferias, sesiones informativas, seguimiento de candidatos, videollamadas, entrevistas personalizadas.


  • Coordinación de materiales de comunicación propios para la promoción de las titulaciones, actualización de contenidos de catálogos, webs, y materiales de presentación.


  • Soporte y asistencia a eventos organizados por el departamento de comunicación y marketing.

Requirements

•Título universitario y experiencia en funciones comerciales, especialmente valoradas en el área universitaria.


•Nivel de inglés C1.


•Excelentes habilidades en el área de la comunicación, de las relaciones interpersonales y del trabajo en equipo.


•Se valorará conocimientos CRM

•Contrato temporal (sustitución maternidad). Opciones de continuidad.


•Salario bruto anual: La retribución dependerá de la experiencia y las habilidades. Los rangos salariales son coherentes con nuestra escala salarial del convenio colectivo.

Purpose: organizing the hiring process for administrative and services staff and faculty and researchers; evaluating and analysing candidates based on open or newly-created positions; information about calls and results and managing and updating the internal job exchange.

Legal grounds: data will be processed in the fulfilment of a pre-contractual relationship and with the consent of the data subject.

Recipients: data will not be sent to third parties.

Storage: CVs will be stored for two years, including the CVs of applicants who are not hired, in case a new opening or position becomes available; however, CVs will be deleted immediately upon the request of a data subject.
