If you are a Nurse, Paramedic, Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist, with a minimum of 2 years current clinical experience, under an HCPC or NMC registration, seeking a change in career, we have a number of opportunities to work as a Disability Assessor. You will play a crucial role in interviewing claimants to understand the challenges they face. for development and progression within the PFAS Clinical team.

Once you have completed our intensive training, you will use your skills as a healthcare professional to assess cases of people who are applying for a Work Capability Assessment (WCA) and complete fair and accurate reports as part of the DWPs Health Assessment and Advisory Services (HAAS).
Our roles offer you the chance to change direction whilst providing you with the opportunity to maintain and develop your clinical registration, skills and knowledge.
Salary: £43,450.00

By completing thorough assessments and examinations via telephone, video call, or face-to-face means you will assess how our claimant’s disability/condition/illness impacts their functional ability on daily activities in a respectful, non-biased and reassuring manner.
