Role Context: As the Recruitment Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion efforts in Mexico, focusing on promoting and driving sales across our key markets. Reporting to the Regional Manager, LATAM, you'll collaborate with various teams and manage recruitment channels, including our network of partner education agents. Your role will involve extensive travel within the region and occasionally internationally, along with flexibility to meet the demands of the post, including evening and weekend work.



Job Purpose:

  • Plan and oversee recruitment activities, optimizing recruitment channels and strategies.
  • Record sales activities, report on market updates, and propose enhancements to our offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and university partners to introduce new products and improve the INTO proposition.


Key Accountabilities and Duties:

  • Serve as an Account Ambassador for key education agencies in the region.
  • Maximize sales opportunities and provide program counselling to prospective students.
  • Attend educational fairs and exhibitions to promote INTO's offerings.
  • Work towards achieving or exceeding annual targets while adhering to financial budgets.
  • Support recruitment projects and gather testimonials from scholarship recipients.
  • Explore and develop potential new sponsors within the region.
  • Collaborate with Central Admissions to ensure a customer-centric approach to the application process.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service for our agents and suggest improvements as needed.
  • Contribute to developing and executing annual enrollment targets.
  • Manage cost base for specific agents and ensure accurate financial reporting.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales and recruitment within the education sector.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region and occasionally internationally.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.

This role meets the requirements in respect of exempted questions under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
