About INTO: INTO partners with leading British universities to develop world-class international student centres. We specialise in preparing students for undergraduate and postgraduate study in the UK, offering guaranteed progression to top British courses. INTO City, University of London, a joint venture between INTO and City, University of London, operates a state-of-the-art international study centre in the heart of London. Our centre hosts a diverse cohort of students from over 60 nationalities and aims to significantly grow student enrolments over the next three years.


The Role: As the International Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing INTO City’s international student recruitment strategy. Your main responsibilities include:


The Responsibilities:

Student Recruitment:

  • Maximise student recruitment to INTO City by implementing an annual recruitment strategy.
  • Provide top-notch support to INTO’s in-country sales teams, ensuring they have the resources to promote the Centre effectively.
  • Deliver student recruitment activities, including exhibitions, agent training sessions, and school visits, in collaboration with INTO’s Global Recruitment Unit and City, University of London’s International Office.
  • Travel overseas (up to approximately 12 weeks per year) to engage in promotional activities and gain market insights.
  • Build strong relationships with recruitment, alumni, partnerships, and admissions teams at INTO and City, University of London.
  • Support large-scale inward stakeholder visits and events, and lead individual agent visits.
  • Oversee INTO City’s conversion strategy, managing the Student Engagement and Marketing Officer in engaging with offer holders via email, social media, WhatsApp, virtual calls, and the CRM system Eloqua.

Marketing:

  • Manage the Student Engagement and Marketing Officer responsible for INTO City’s social media accounts and marketing ambassador scheme.
  • Contribute to the Centre’s marketing toolkit, including brochures, flyers, and banners.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams at INTO and City, University of London to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.


Location: INTO City, University of London, 102 Middlesex Street, London, E1 7EZ. Blended working with a minimum of 3 days on-site per week.
