FP&A Systems Analyst

Up to £30,000 PA (Dependent on Experience) Plus Benefits


About Us: Join our dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, where we are committed to delivering monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and other crucial financial reports. As part of our team, you'll contribute to the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our financial planning systems.


Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated FP&A System Analyst to support the maintenance and administration of our Tagetik planning and consolidation system. Reporting directly to the FP&A Systems Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, developing and maintaining reports, and providing user support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Tagetik System Administration:
  • Fulfil user and chart of account requests.
  • Review and ensure data integrity between systems.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

  • Report Development and Support:
  • Support and maintain existing Tagetik reports.
  • Deliver new reports for FP&A and the wider business.

  • User Support:
  • Provide support for incoming user requests.
  • Troubleshoot system issues promptly and effectively.

  • System Development and Testing:
  • Assist the Systems Manager with system enhancements and testing.

  • Support for FP&A Team:
  • Aid in month-end and budgeting processes.
  • Continuously improve processes and ensure documentation is up-to-date.

About you:

  • Experience with system administration, preferably with Tagetik or similar financial planning systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills to provide user support and collaborate with team members.

Location: We offer remote and flexible working options. While our headquarters are in Brighton, you'll have the freedom to work remotely. Occasional in-office collaboration sessions will happen around 5-6 times a year.
