We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team in Thailand. In this pivotal role, you will drive sales growth across INTO’s UK, AUS, and US Centre portfolios, promoting pathways and direct entry programs alongside supplementary products.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth

  • Achieve enrolment targets for INTO centres in the UK, US, and AUS by collaborating with partner agencies, institutions, sponsors, and recruitment channels.
  • Manage boutique education agency accounts, utilizing the University Access Centre in Bangkok to strengthen relationships.
  • Partner with the Senior Regional Manager to develop impactful sales tools and annual business plans.
  • Support promotional activities, including fairs, exhibitions, and interview days.
  • Work closely with Recruitment and Admissions teams to convert enquiries and applications into student enrolments.
  • Maintain accurate records of the recruitment and admissions process using Salesforce.
  • Develop expertise in the AUS product portfolio and provide regional insights into student enrolment reports.

School & Institutional Engagement

  • Act as a brand ambassador, managing accounts for schools, educational institutions, tutorial centres, and universities across the region.
  • Expand the network of institutional links and develop school counsellor engagement programs.
  • Identify potential Transnational Education (TNE) and Business Development (BD) opportunities.
  • Support sponsorship opportunities within the region.

Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Team on recruitment projects.
  • Lead the development of school-specific marketing materials and promote testimonials from INTO scholarship recipients.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Liaise with Central Admissions to ensure a customer-centric application process.
  • Provide exceptional service and communication to agents and customers, suggesting improvements as necessary.
  • Support agent and student visits to INTO centres and provide top-notch service at the University Access Centre in Bangkok.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel region-wide and internationally as required.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools is desirable.
