Innovyze is looking for a virtual/in-person event coordinator to join the global marketing team. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, and reporting of Innovzye's virtual/in-person events program. The role will work closely with third-party event planners, suppliers, clients and partners to ensure successful delivery of both live and on-demand webinars, as well as hybrid in-person/virtual events.
This position can be filled in either Portland, OR or Irvine, CA.
Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated multi-event event management with firsthand experience and technical knowledge of leading virtual event platforms
- Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills - willing to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to learn quickly and operate autonomously in a large, fast-paced, and unpredictable environment.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or communications
- Interest in software/technology or water technology and the environment
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
