We are looking for an experienced professional for the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing to direct and oversee the Marketing department. You will be responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategies and achieving marketing targets. Specific responsibilities include business and market development; market research and planning; strategic direction for promotion and advertising; coordination with sales; hiring and directing the day-to-day activities of marketing staff.

The ideal candidate should have a solid Marketing background and work experience in marketing IT products. SVP of Marketing will oversee internal Marketing teams. Ultimately, SVP of Marketing should be able to ensure that the Marketing department's activities drive to the Company's long-term success.

Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a brand vision that is compelling, differentiated and embodies the company’s values and culture
  • Implement an effective marketing organizational structure to support a data driven and innovative approach
  • Drive the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services
  • Build integrated internal systems utilizing the marketing team, technology and industry developments
  • Prioritize marketing strategies and projects to optimize brand awareness
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and areas for development
  • Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
  • Identify competitors, evaluate their strategies and positioning to devise counter strategies
  • Manage and coach a high performing marketing team
  • Establish goals and create strategy for meeting marketing deliverables and metrics; work with marketing directors to establish team and individual goals and metrics

Requirements

Professional and Educational Requirements:

  • MBA degree or above in business or related discipline, such as Marketing or Communications
  • 10+ years' experience in a similar role executing marketing demand generations campaigns, ideally for a software or technology company
  • Well-developed PR and Branding experience
  • Experience with marcom and partner portal
  • International Experience
  • Extensive existing network
