Innovyze operates in the water infrastructure software market which is experiencing structural growth, driven by multiple factors, including: emerging economies building water infrastructure to accommodate rapid urbanization; developed countries requiring increasingly sophisticated management of aging water resources; increasing levels of storms and floods as a result of climate change; and the need to manage the cost of water infrastructure ownership as total water infrastructure assets continue to grow.

The Sr.Technical Program Manager will be responsible for driving projects from inception through deployment across multiple lines of business. You will partner with Engineering, Test, Product, and Operations teams to lead, manage and drive software projects to successful completion. Reporting to the VP of engineering, this person will be a key player in building Innovyze’s SaaS platform for Operational Analytics and AI.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex and large-scale cross-team, cross-functional initiatives. Interface with engineering leaders, product management and engineers to facilitate the discovery process, estimate work efforts, define milestones, and manage resources.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and thoroughly understand their business processes and challenges.
• Manage fast paced programs and projects through collaboration with cross-functional teams, interfacing with multiple teams including customer facing roles, and estimating effort to manage successful outcomes.
• Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to the leadership team and project stakeholders.
• Engage and energize the teams to achieve aggressive goals.
• Ask questions that clarify priorities and push the team to be highly effective.
• Develop broad domain and technical knowledge in the water management and modeling systems.

• 5+ years of technical program/project management experience in a software, SaaS, or systems development environment.
• Experience managing and successfully delivering large scale software development programs – preferably multi-tenant SaaS platforms and/ or IoT systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects with multiple dependencies and constraints.
• Focused on execution and delivery in a data-informed environment.
• Well versed in Agile methodologies – Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Has good technical grasp – preferably within AWS Cloud.
• Enjoy working with senior level stakeholders in an iterative development environment.
• A great communicator.
