We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join Innovyze Marketing Team based in our offices in Newbury, Berkshire.  This role will support the Marketing Manager to develop long term marketing strategies and establish attainable tangible goals for our marketing team to drive demand for our water infrastructure solutions in the UK, Europe, Middle East and India. Position

Responsibilities:

  • Markets products by developing and implementing email marketing and advertising campaigns in Pardot email automation program
  • Create marketing landing pages
  • Work within Salesforce platform to oversee all lead routing and campaign metrics
  • Analyse performance metrics weekly and provide input on strategy
  • Manage nation-wide tradeshow strategy, booth registration, equipment and attendance
  • Collaborate with sales on pre-show logistics
  • Coordinate and support sales team with user group meetings and seminars
  • Manage and plan all client facing webinars
  • Responsible for ordering and managing collateral and promotional gifts
  • Collect and present information related to advertising/marketing opportunities

Requirements

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 3-5 years marketing experience in a professional services or corporate environment required
  • Significant event management experience – both online and in person events
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM Software, ideally Salesforce experience
  • Experience with Marketing automation Pardot
  • Very strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision
  • Must be detail oriented, highly motivated and willing to take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Experience working independently as well as within cross-functional teams in a collaborative professional environment
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Driving license - on occasions you will be required to visit other sites
