Position

Innovyze is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative. Working from our Brisbane, QLD office you will be responsible for all non-customer-facing sales activity required for their respective territories. ISRs will have direct responsibility for the entire quote-order-process for products and services sales that are assigned to the ISR teams. In addition, ISRs will have sales activities aligned to their RSM territories that will support the selling process for the teams. This activity includes, but is not limited to, lead qualification, lead nurturing, opportunity creating, funnel management, activity tracking, support renewals and customer relationship management.

Requirements

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Prospecting and warm lead discovery calls, Sales of InfoCare renewals, Upsell to existing accounts, collaboration with marketing team

Minimum Requirements:

  • Prefer bachelors degree – any field
  • 3 yrs sales experience
  • 2+ year’s experience selling to Australian public sector clients
  • Technology sales (software, SaaS, Systems integration)
  • Advanced CRM user – salesforce preferred
  • Fast learner of software
  • Fast to understand niche market dynamics
  • Fast to pick up engineering concepts

Technical Requirements:

  • Salesforce, excel and ArcGIS, zoom info, linkedin and Innovyze software is us used in this role
  • Sales activity logging, sales collateral preparation and sales forecasting is required
  • Candidate should have a knowledge of the water industry and/or consulting engineering industry
