Position

Innovyze seeks an enthusiastic and competent Individual with a technical background in water infrastructure asset management to join our Client Services team in our Brisbane, QLD office. The objective of the role is to support Innovyze customers from around the world to use our software products effectively. The emphasis will be on supporting our Asset Management products.

The selected candidate will draw on their experience as an asset management practitioner to support our customers in a wide range of tasks from initial installation through to everyday use.

Requirements

  • Provide software support and training to our client base
  • Deliver software implementation services projects (installations and configurations).
  • Independently determine and develop solutions to technical problems
  • Assist in the development of product videos, users guides/manuals, help files and training course content
  • Support a variety of software products and manage multiple concurrent tasks
  • Consistently maintain client satisfaction
  • Forward potential sales opportunities and client endorsement statements
  • Interact professionally with clients, colleagues and management
  • Document all Client interactions in Innovyze CRM system
  • Delivery of services both at Innovyze offices and at client sites
  • Make technical presentations at industry events
  • Participate in tradeshows, user meetings, and booth exhibits as needed
  • Average of 3 days/month travel time may be required to perform training, conferences or tradeshow activities
  • Attainment of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with at least two (2) years specific experience in Asset Management. Although, B.S or M.S in Civil, Environmental/Water Resources Engineering is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Asset data management with Innovyze software, and ESRI ArcGIS preferred. Experience with scripting languages such as Ruby and Python, and SQL query development will be highly regarded
  • Experience in GIS, EAMS, CMMS, and creation/reviewing of CCTV inspections reports.
  • Experience in writing and presenting technical documentation
  • The candidate will have made technical contributions to the Asset Management function in Water Utilities/Councils.
