Position

We are currently looking for a driven and motivated individual to join our Lytham office.   We have a permanent vacancy for a Telephone Account Manager and will be looking for someone with previous experience within a telephone sales/account management background. The successful candidate must have a keen eye for detail, able to build and grow relationships and turn leads in to sales. They will also have a flexible approach to problem solving, and do well within a dynamic environment, happy to work towards revenue based targets and  will also be enthusiastic and eager to join a thriving team.

Requirements

Success Outputs:

  • Retention of portfolio of customers
  • Growth of existing portfolio of customers (new service provision and increased renewal values)
  • New leads generated for sales opportunities

Activities and Duties:

  • Understand, build and be responsible for client relationships through a quality telephony based account management service delivery - management of issues and queries, regular telephony based communication, with effective expectation setting for both clients and Inenco
  • Planning and prioritisation of all services in line with client frameworks, strategies, business/client objectives and escalating potential risks to relevant areas of Inenco; and client/s where applicable
  • Attend regular meetings/conference calls with Operational Delivery teams to discuss account progress, updates and identify potential issues
  • Achieve monthly targets including appointments, renewals, proposals and sales through building a robust pipeline
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to maximise value in addition to creating opportunities to drive profitable sales revenue by arranging quality, qualified appointments for our sales team
  • Regular and accurate maintenance of all system records including CRM, ICMAS, client spend and cost budgets
