Position

To support the achievement of Metering revenue by ensuring all Metering project management deliverables and projects are managed efficiently & effectively in accordance with industry timescales, regulations & client SLA’s.

  • Review projects establishing exact requirements of works
  • Completion of all distribution and metering applications
  • Review of quotations received
  • Advise client of quotations and work required
  • Ensure site is ready for any supply and metering works
  • Ensure electrical contractors are fully informed of works required prior to any 3rd party activates
  • Ensure internal parties and systems are updated of activity and progress
  • Ensure industry records are updated correctly
  • Update QMK with history of project
  • Ensure projects are managed within expected timescales all managed via KPI reports
  • Ensure all projects are started within 3 working days
  • To maintain an agreed level of projects and support team members when required
  • Aim to increase revenue on key client’s month on month
  • Seek opportunities to sell site works into developers and none Inenco clients

Requirements

  • Experience as a Project Administrator/coordinator, or similar role.
  • Experience of working towards specified KPI’s.
  • Experience of working within a client service role resolving client queries and problem-solving metering issues.
  • Able to drive own development and identify development areas
  • Good working knowledge of the UK energy industry.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft, especially in Excel.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritising skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organisation.
  • Accurate, with ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • Able to identify problems and provide solutions or implement escalation to leader or client service manager
  • Good knowledge of metering process and products.
  • Good working knowledge of MOP and supplier processes
  • Good working knowledge of siteworks and physical installations
