Position

We have an exciting role available to join our Enterprise team as a Sales Support Administrator, this role can be based in either our Lytham HQ or our Liverpool office.  The purpose of the role will be to process energy contracts from Enterprise Sales and checking for quality and accuracy to ensure that contracts are recorded accurately in line with the requirements of our Finance team. This is a Grade 1 role. 

Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for: - 

  • Successfully process sales contracts via a CRM system to help support the business to achieve its revenue targets
  • Complete pre and post quality checks on all Sales, to support the business reduce leakage, risk and customer complaints
  • Facilitate the processing of information requests between internal and external stakeholders
  • Co-ordinate and provide feedback to internal and external stakeholders to continually drive results
  • Identify any issues or areas for improvement within existing processes
  • Adhere to and champion the Enterprise guidelines for compliance
  • Protect client data by adhering to GDPR regulations and to act as a champion.

Other information

  • Minimum 5 GCSE’s A-C grade including Maths and English
  • Previous support / administration experience
  • Strong writing and proof reading skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience of working with CRM systems (desired)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines
  • Ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders
