Position

We're hiring for a Sales Operations Analyst with the objectives of increasing sales productivity, driving efficiences and velocity through the proactive use of Salesforce.

  • Timely and accurate provision of information to support the Sales Organisation in decision making and achieving its growth targets (using Reports, Dashboards and offline reporting where appropriate)
  • Operate as the Sales Organisations Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce CRM ensuring all colleagues possess the appropriate level of competency
  • Promote Salesforce automation including the development and maintenance of automatic reports and dashboards
  • The Salesforce CRM satisfies the needs of the Sales Organisation supporting it to become as efficient and as effective as possible
  • A consistent clean and healthy Sales Pipeline (e.g. Opportunities with accurate close dates at the appropriate sales stage)
  • The Sales Organisation has its CRM system data requirements satisfied (e.g. bulk created records for ongoing renewal management)
  • Sales needs for system(s), content and materials are continually met and updated when required
  • Responsible for Sales Performance reporting
  • Responsible for Sales programme management of defined initiatives

Requirements

  • Preferably a minimum of 3 years full-time experience as a Salesforce/CRM analyst for a sales team of more than 20 people across multiple regions
  • Advanced Excel including pivot tables to create reports from Salesforce data exports
  • Core Salesforce expertise including:
  • Use of Dataloader (or equivalent tool) to download and upload mass data without errors
  • Use of reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks to help with daily tasks.
  • Understanding and knowledge of sales processes and stages
