Position

To recruit, train and manage a team of Outbound / Inbound Sales people, maximising productivity, culminating in above target Sales Order Value Achievement, whilst minimising leakage and maximising quality.

Requirements

  • Deliver target sales performance through direct reports relevant to their time and experience in the role
  • Minimise leakage and maintain the minimum quality levels of the business through understanding and compliance to the QMS procedures; championing high quality standards and compliance
  • Retain, develop and grow productive staff levels in line with business requirements
  • Accurately forecast weekly and monthly sales to achieve monthly sales target
  • Monitor new Senior Energy Sales Consultants through their probationary period of training and coaching
  • Conduct monthly 1-1’s and coaching with all Senior Energy Sales Consultants, in addition to bi-annual Personal Development Plan reviews
  • Conduct regular training on product, energy markets, sales skill enhancement and quality
  • Manage data flow to agents and have open communication with HoS and Data team.
