Position

This role plays a fundamental role in driving Enterprise compliance targets by monitoring energy sales contracts, assessing risk and providing continuous feedback to Enterprise Sales to reduce leakage and pass external and internal audits.

Requirements

  • Monitor calls to ensure the Sales team meet our quality requirements and Code of Conduct obligations; reducing risk, financial loss and leakage
  • Identify and collate feedback on all quality monitoring including any irregularities identified
  • Produce reports and MI for the Operations Manager for continuous business improvement and coaching opportunities for Enterprise Sales
  • Support the Operations Manager by investigating and summarising all complaints in line with Inenco Enterprise Complaints Procedure
  • Co-ordinate quarterly internal audits of Enterprise processes in line with Enterprise Quality Management System.  Provide detailed summary reports to Operations Manager for continuous business improvement.
  • Communicate supplier and compliance updates to the business, to ensure understanding of regulatory requirements in Enterprise Sales, supporting the business achieve its compliance targets
  • Support in the completion of supplier audits by collating all relevant evidence when requested, analyse feedback and observations to recognise trends and suggest business and process improvements where necessary
  • Regularly engage suppliers to ensure that Inenco Enterprise Sales has accurate and up to date supplier information

Other information

  • Minimum 5 GCSE’s A-C grade including Maths and English
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word applications
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Application including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work effectively within tight deadlines
  • Ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Knowledge of TPI’s, energy sector and regulation
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Experience of working with CRM systems (desirable)
