Position

To ensure that the sales teams are fully engaged with the organisation’s marketing campaigns and have the right communication tools to effectively communicate our messages and propositions to customers and maximise campaign ROI.

Requirements

  • To develop and maintain a bank of common resources that consistently, accurately and professionally communicate the Group’s propositions, messages and capability in client presentations and bid documentation; to include:

-            Case Studies

-            Presentation Collateral

  • To ensure that sales teams are fully engaged and updated with all external marketing activity touching their clients or target prospects. To cover:

-            Develop Campaign Briefing notes and plans

-            To monitor and report upon campaign lead generation / ROI and the progressing of leads through the sales process – as capture in Salesforce.

-            Regularly updates on the organisations social media output and actively encouraged to participate/share

-            To work with L&D and relevant service development teams to develop collateral that on boards sales teams with new propositions and services

  • To be the primary contact point for the enterprise team and ensuring that a regular programme of “in line” communication is in place to help maximise client retention

-            Work with the Head of Partnerships to efficiently “on board” new partners and to optimise the value we derive from an agreed programme of activity

  • To work with the Campaigns and Data Analyst and Head of Sales Operations to ensure that lead generation campaigns is appropriately targeted and that all existing clients receive relevant “in line” communication
  • To support the Head of Marketing & Communications and Corporate Communications Executive in developing campaign content when resources require

Other information

  • A degree in a business/marketing discipline (desirable)
  • Experience of working in a similar role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – able to challenge and chase
  • Good project management skills and the ability to work at pace
  • Attention to detail and good copywriting experience
  • Relevant work experience to illustrate an understanding of the linkage between marketing and sales
  • A good working knowledge of Salesforce or other leading CRM system
  • The ability to analyse and clearly report campaign data
