We are looking for someone who has a real enthusiasm for training, you'll be an expert in coaching and developing people. The successful candidate will be an expert in writing and delivering training either one to one or to groups. Within the role you will be supporting and guiding managers and team members to improve performance to meet business objectives.

This role is a Grade 6 role and for the right candidate we are offering up to and including £39,000 annual salary, depending on experience.  Additional benefits include, pension, gym memeberships, retail discounts, buy and sell holiday scheme and many more.  This role is based out of our Lytham site, but some travel to Liverpool is required.

Requirements

  1. Support workplace performance; coaching and providing guidance to managers and team members
  2. Plan, design, deliver and evaluate training sessions to meet stakeholder and business requirements
  3. Manage the Inenco Apprenticeship programmes and relationships with suppliers
  4. Co-ordinate and facilitate the Inenco Induction working with the presenters to keep the content engaging and up-to-date
  5. Provide an end to end L&D service, sending JI’s, maintaining training records, co-ordinating elearning and evaluating the impact of investment
  6. Procure training in line with business needs where budget is allocated
  7. Co-ordinate the Appraisal cycle and produce Directorate Development Plans to meet performance objectives
  8. Engage users to embed and use the Learning Management System to provide eLearning
  9. Deliver projects and key talent initiatives as part of the organisation’s transformation agenda

 

Other information

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience
  • Degree level or CIPD qualified 
  • Self-starter with a bias for action, able to respond and adapt to a demanding and dynamic environment
  • Ability to plan, analyse and evaluate activities to achieve objectives and see projects through to completion
  • Knowledge of L&D current thinking and trends
  • Experience in design delivery and facilitation of bespoke training to meet business needs
  • Demonstrable skills in influencing and coaching line management in good L&D methods and processes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and highly articulate and confident dealing with people at all levels
  • Be able to create and implement digital content and blended learning solutions
  • Manage L&D projects
  • Passion to continuously learn and develop
