Position

A trusted partner to facilitate the delivery of a strategic and operational HR service to the Enterprise business area, providing strong ER advice, coaching and support for managers and the Enterprise Senior Management team in line with HR Strategy and policies to improve employee engagement and performance.

Requirements

  • Support strategic planning by partnering, developing and implementing the Enterprise people plans for resourcing, talent development & succession.
  • Create, define, develop and contribute to policies and processes for approval that support Inenco’s business strategy and objectives in line with changing legislation and good practice.
  • To lead and support the Enterprise Senior Management Team in embedding the Inenco values and behaviours, to ensure policies such as Dignity at Work embraced by the business area.
  • Work with HR centres of excellence to develop and implement effective people management tools, systems and processes for the Enterprise business area
  • Work with Enterprise managers to embed performance management and Inenco behaviours to enable decision making and improve performance of individuals and teams.
  • Develop strong business relationships with Enterprise managers, coaching and building their capability to anticipate and pre-empt and mitigate organisational issues.
  • To provide HR advice and work with Enterprise managers on organisational design & restructuring (including insourcing / outsourcing).
  • Provide, positive and constructive HR advice and support to managers at all levels in the management of employee relations and drive consistency of approach across Inenco.
  • Lead and participate in change, engagement and people projects/initiatives within the Enterprise business area in line with business strategy.

Other information

  • CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above)
  • Excellent working knowledge of employment law
  • Experience of managing complex employee relations cases up to tribunal stage
  • Ability to lead and influence change programmes within the business
  • Experience of leading organisational design and restructuring processes
  • Proven ability to organise and prioritise projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
  • Commercially astute and a good understanding of the practical application of HR
  • Understands organisational development and has experience of implementing talent strategies
  • Up to date knowledge of external trends and best practice in HR and evidence of Continued Professional Development
  • Able to effectively establish, build and manage good relationships with a range of stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
  • Influences others and able to build credibility quickly
  • Is engaging, takes opportunities to communicate regularly and clarify goals and activities with colleagues
  • Able to use HR systems and tools effectively to analyse, produce and brief management information
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
