Position

We are looking for a high performing Head of Sales to manage and grow our North Division.  The successful candidate will meet our revenue growth objectives.

Head of Sales - North Division responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales director duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned head of sales, with significant experience in managing and growing remote teams and meeting revenue based targets. 

Requirements

Leadership

  • To contribute positively to the development, drive and productivity of the Inenco senior commercial team
  • To present and communicate commercial process across the Inenco business

Sales Management

  • Training and Recruitment
  • Co-ordinate reviews and appraisals
  • Objective/target setting & management
  • Mentoring, coaching and motivation
  • All of the above should be conducted in line with the functional matrix management structure in place across the department

P&L Management

  • Full responsibility for revenue and cost budget
  • Focus on improving budgeted revenue and profitability
  • Effective debt management
  • Regular and accurate re-forecasting
  • Sales Pipeline
  • Ensure full adoption of the Company CRM
  • Drive new sales in conjunction with the Sales team
  • Develop existing client base, through clear client development plans
  • Create new opportunities to stimulate sales
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing, sales materials and comparisons

Growth

  • Identify and research new markets and opportunities
  • Assess commercial viability of new markets and opportunities

Service Delivery

  • Develop one customer view in conjunction with Client Services
  • Strategic client engagement
  • Identify improvements to processes and systems to support efficiencies
  • Resolve any high-level client issues/complaints

KPI Management and Control of Activities

  • Management of the activities required to deliver effectively
  • Positive implementation and management of functional KPIs
  • Contribute to the functional KPI requirements

Quality

  • Ensure all work is completed in line with ISO:9001 standard and properly documented in the BMS
  • Understand and ensure compliance to all BMS procedures
