Position

Inenco have a new and exciting role to join our Finance Team.  The successful candidate will lead and be responsible for financial control, systems, transaction processing and the production of core financial information (both for management and statutory purposes).  Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation/standards, driving performance of the function to deliver a top-class control and reporting environment. This role is Grade 10. 

 

Requirements

  • Production of month end and year end Financial information
  • Compliance (tax, company secretarial, accounting standards etc)
  • Cash Flow and working capital forecasting
  • Process improvement (transaction processing, MI production, core business processes)
  • Ad-hoc finance/commercial projects

The tasks and responsibilities listed are not exhaustive and will be revised regularly. Duties may be amended to meet the changing needs of the business.

Other information

  • Qualified Accountant – ACA/ACCA/CIMA with significant PQE
  • Deep understanding of current accounting standards, compliance and tax laws
  • Demonstrable strength in financial control, balance sheet management and process improvement in businesses with legacy and modern systems
  • Experience of accounting in environments with complex long-term commercial and financial constructs
  • Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholder engagements across all levels of an organisation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and make recommendations, alongside the capacity to drive through business change
  • Strong all-round business acumen with an understanding of how business decisions impact financial performance and vice-versa
  • Experience of managing complex external relationships in a leveraged environment with investors, banks and advisors
