Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with Finance experience to join our busy Finance Team.  We will be looking for someone who is flexible and who has strong communications skills for credit control and pays attention to details for checking expenses and processing purchase ledger invoices.

Requirements

  • Process payments & receipts accurately to reconcile cash books on a daily basis
  • Check Expenses and Credit Card expenses are in line with company policy and process payments weekly
  • Process purchase ledger invoices and payments
  • Chase outstanding Debt as instructed by the Credit Controller
  • Complete monthly billing tasks

  • Good working Knowledge of Finance Systems
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Good reconciliation skills
  • Experience of purchase ledger and sales ledger
  • Advanced excel skills
