Position

We are looking for an individual for a fixed term - 6 month contract. With a strong administrative backgrounds to join our Client Services team. You will be highly organised with strong communication skills. The ideal candidates should be able to confidently use Excel. This role is offering between £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience.

The daily tasks and responsibilities of the role are as follows: -

Data Acquisition

  • Accountability for ensuring pro-active & regular data chase in line with minimum data requirements
  • Pro-active identification of missing data and facilitation of chase

Data Entry

  • Input of accurate utility data and invoices both manually and through electronic uploads
  • Focus on obtaining electronic data wherever feasible
  • Entry to be completed in line with appropriate SLAs
  • Ownership of targeted levels of data completeness

The tasks and responsibilities listed are not exhaustive and are a guide to core service delivery. These duties are subject to periodic review and may be amended to meet the changing needs of the business.

Requirements

The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Confident user of Excel
