The role is responsible for both the line management of a team of 7 Contract Negotiators and for the delivery of the team’s objectives, while performing an operational role.

• Line management of 7 Contract Negotiators, who are responsible for the placement of fixed price contracts with the suppliers
• Development and training of CN team members
• Support with tech and process development for the CN/Supplier Facing Team, improving efficiencies
• Organisation of CN workstack management – intra-day and forward planning
• Responsible for the compliance through to completion of CN team audits and quality checks
• Report on team KPI’s and MI
• Carry out day-to-day CN responsibilities
