Position

The ideal candidate responsibilities will be to manage a service delivery team in an efficient & effective way in order to meet client & operational SLAs and deliver brilliant service.

  • Create a client and service centric team which consistently delivers brilliant service in order to drive client retention
  • Understand all client deliverables and ensure team governance to achieve these in order to maintain client satisfaction
  • Meet & exceed client and operational SLAs focussing on improved turn-around times
  • Coach & develop the team in order to build engagement & retain employees
  • Identify & implement process & system improvements to drive efficiency and improve profitability
  • Work collaboratively across the Commercial teams to ensure opportunities for new business and to cross & up sell can be maximised and the collateral required to support this is fit for purpose.

Requirements

  • Experience of managing people
  • Experience of working within a fast-moving, disciplined operational team
  • Interpersonal skills to be able to professionally interact with clients
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office – particularly competence with Excel
  • High-levels of self-motivation to drive both personal & team development
