Position

  • Providing first class service within a customer environment – via telephone and email
  • Prompt resolution of customer queries and requests in line with company SLAs
  • Working collaboratively with other departments, Account Managers and 3rd parties to resolve customer issues and requests
  • Proactive management of complex customer issues and escalations; investigation of any issues, fixing the root cause and/or escalating where applicable to resolve
  • Invoice validation – ranging from standard to complex
  • End to end management of Change of Tenancy requests; escalation and day to day management of Suppliers and other departments where applicable

Requirements

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure and balance multiple workstreams
  • Adaptability & willingness to learn

Successful candidates should ideally be able to demonstrate the following, although not essential:

  • Experience of working in an office environment
  • Experience working in the utility sector
  • Confident user of Excel
