Position

The role of a Business Development Executive is ultimately responsible for creating appointments for our field-based Sales Consultants.

It’s operating within the corporate area of the Inenco business. With that in mind, the successful candidate is someone who has the experience of building relationships with senior executives within larger organisations.

How will we support you to do that? Well, we’re working hard to develop more inbound leads. They’re coming from our talented marketing team who are creating more content than ever.

In addition, we’ll supply you with the latest data to make sure you're engaging with decision makers that matter to you.

Requirements

  • Achieve monthly targets
  • Collect accurate information from prospects to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Manage your pipeline effectively
  • Work collaboratively with field-based consultants
  • Develop a strong industry knowledge to recognise opportunities

Qualifications / Skills / Experience

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience of working in a sales environment
  • Experience of working within the corporate energy industry would be an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Demonstrate effective time management
